Nights when your emotions ripple for no reason and you can't be your usual self. That's why Hormone Balance uses no heavy resin or woody notes at all, and is deliberately a light combination.

The core, Geranium, has been reported to raise salivary estrogen levels in a study of women around menopause, and in a survey of 120 women with PMS, both physical and mental symptoms were reported to ease. Jasmine has a rare duality: it sedates and elevates at the same time, gently accompanying the fluctuation of "I want to calm down, but not go flat."
