Orders

  • Can I change my order?Yes, as long as it has not been shipped yet. Please contact us through the Contact page.
  • When is shipping free?Shipping is free for orders of ¥6,000 or more (before tax) that include a 50ml bottle, and ¥3,500 or more (before tax) for all other orders. Otherwise, shipping is a flat ¥600 within Japan. To help us keep delivering steadily, we appreciate it when you combine items in one order.
  • Will I get a confirmation email?Yes. An email is sent automatically when your order is complete. If you do not receive it, your order may not have gone through, so please check your spam folder as well.

Products

  • How is quality ensured?De Groene Linde is very particular about essential oil quality, and tests each blend many times to create the right scent. The blends are designed by founder Marianne, and every product uses 100% natural essential oils.
  • Are the products safe?De Groene Linde follows the GHS, the global system for classifying chemical hazards. Each product page has a "For safe use" section. If you still have questions or concerns, please contact us through the Contact page.
  • Can I put the oil or mist directly on my skin?Essential oils are highly concentrated and are generally not recommended for use on the skin without dilution. In Japan, FUUKA imports these products as goods for scenting, not as cosmetics, so please do not apply them directly to your skin.
  • How are prices set?De Groene Linde is a family business in the Netherlands that sells directly to customers, without pyramid-style selling or middlemen, so it can offer high-quality oils at fair prices. FUUKA continues this approach and aims to keep prices as accessible as possible. Prices may change with exchange rates and import costs.
  • What if I dislike a scent?A scent that feels unbearable can be a sign worth noticing. If a scent felt very unpleasant the first time, try it again another day. If you still cannot stand the smell, simply keeping the bottle with you is fine. Please do not force yourself, and feel free to contact us.
