About the Resale Prohibition
Our shop prohibits purchases made for the purpose of reselling our products.
We cannot guarantee the quality, safety, or expiration of any resold product.
Depending on how it has been stored, a resold product may also pose a risk to health, so please do not purchase any product you find being resold.
If our shop suffers damages from health issues caused by a resold product, or from related reputational harm, we may seek compensation from the party responsible for the resale.

We accept orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
However, we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year holiday period.
Any temporary closures, including over the New Year holidays, will be announced on our website or official blog.
Selling Price, Shipping Fee, and Payment Method
The selling price and shipping fee are displayed on the product page and in the cart.
Shipping is a flat rate of ¥600 (tax included) nationwide (including Hokkaido and Okinawa).
*This includes packaging material and handling fees.
■ Conditions for free shipping (before tax)
· Orders that include a 50ml bottle: ¥6,000 or more before tax
· Orders of other products only: ¥3,500 or more before tax
We currently ship within Japan only, and are unable to ship overseas, including to US military bases in Japan.
Available payment methods include credit card payment (single payment) and other options.
Payment is finalized as soon as your order is complete.
Delivery Timing
As a general rule, we ship within 5 business days after payment is completed.

If shipping is delayed due to a stock shortage or other reasons, we will contact you separately.
After shipping, delivery typically takes about 2–3 days (remote islands and some areas may take about 4–5 days).

Shipping fees apply depending on your purchase amount and delivery address.

About Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference.
We accept returns or exchanges only if a product arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive a product that differs from your order.
If the product is in stock, we will send a replacement; if it is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
