[About Shipping Fees]

Shipping is a flat rate of ¥600 (tax included) nationwide (including Hokkaido and Okinawa).
*This includes packaging material and handling fees.

If your purchase amount meets the following conditions, we will cover the shipping cost.
■ Conditions for free shipping (before tax)
· Orders that include a 50ml bottle: ¥6,000 or more before tax
· Orders of other products only: ¥3,500 or more before tax

We currently ship within Japan only.
*We do not ship overseas, including to US military bases in Japan.

[About Delivery Methods]

We select the most suitable delivery method based on your order's contents (weight and size).
Please note that we are unable to accept requests for a specific delivery method.

After shipping, delivery typically takes about 2–3 days (remote islands and some areas may take about 4–5 days).
Please note that delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, traffic restrictions, major events, or other factors. We appreciate your understanding.

[About Packaging and Product Condition]

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent scratches or dents, but minor damage to the outer packaging may occasionally occur during shipping.

We appreciate your understanding in advance regarding minor scratches or dents to the outer packaging that do not affect the use of the product itself.

[About Delivery and Redelivery]

If you are not home, a delivery notice will be left, so please arrange for redelivery.

If, for any reason, the product is not received and is returned to us after its storage period expires, we will resend it once, upon request.
*In this case, you may be responsible for the shipping cost of the resend. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
