Why This Blend

Frankincense has research reports suggesting it deepens the breath, working on the shallow breathing that comes with a frozen state, before the mind ever gets involved. Bay Laurel gives a gentle push to start moving, little by little, out of that frozen place.

The calming of Lavender and Bergamot Reggio, and the balance of Geranium, build the foundation for moving through this process safely, without being swept under by emotion. Starting from a deeper breath, and only then adding a small amount of decisiveness — stabilize first, push second — is the guiding principle behind this blend's design.

• Mist above your head and beside both shoulders, and keep your eyes closed as you take in the scent.
