Patchouli, Benzoin, and Frankincense build a foundation of safety from both weight and breath. Frankincense has research reports suggesting it deepens the breath. Geranium, Palmarosa, and Rosewood smooth over the emotional waves themselves — Palmarosa's main component, geraniol, has research behind its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, and it's also been used in traditional Indian medicine to treat infections and fever. Layering three balancing oils together like this is what makes this particular blend distinct.
