[HSP] No.1|Cleansing Essential Oil
Coming home from a crowd leaves you completely drained. Today, let that heaviness go.
HSPs (Highly Sensitive People) are wired with sensory antennae that never stop picking up on what's around them — the noise of a crowd, the glances, the mood in the room, someone else's bad day. You absorb it all without realizing it, until the line between "is this my feeling, or something I picked up along the way?" starts to blur.
- A sadness that isn't even yours
- Negative thoughts looping and looping
- Feeling wiped out after crowds or noise
When that happens, use No.1|Cleansing to wash away everything you gathered over the course of the day — redrawing the line between other people's feelings and your own, between outside stimulation and your own senses, and giving your mind and heart back to you.
Why This Blend
The more sensitively you feel, the easier it is to mistake someone else's fatigue or unease for your own — and carry it home with you. What makes this tricky is that it creates two problems at once: physical tension and sensory confusion. Most aromas only address the first.
No.1 Cleansing tackles both, in the very order the scents unfold. Scots Pine (Grove Den) and Lemon Mint mark a clean break — a sense that something shifts, starting right now. Silver Fir and Lavandin Ardèche ease the tension that's built up. Rose and Geranium help you find your way back to "you" once you've let go. And finally, Myrrh — a resin burned in purification and mourning rites since ancient Egypt — quietly seals the thought: this was never mine to carry.
The Difference From the Mist
This essential oil is built on the same blend as the mist, but concentrated — without alcohol or any other non-fragrance ingredients. Beyond diffusing it or using it with an aroma stone, just add 1–2 drops to an aroma sticker and you can wear the scent anywhere a mist isn't practical — on the train, at the office, wherever you are.
Ways to Use It
- Before heading inside, at your front door — one drop on your palm, a deep breath, and a moment to check in with the scent
- On an aroma sticker, whenever you want to stay aware of your boundaries while you're out
- In a diffuser, to reset the air in your whole room
