Why This Blend

You've lost something precious — are you carrying that grief on your own? LOSS is built from just four oils, among the smallest blends in the series, centered on Frankincense, burned in mourning rites across the world since ancient times. From ancient Egypt to the liturgy of today's Catholic and Orthodox churches, few essential oils carry as strong a cultural connection to grief and farewell.

Dill helps keep grief from staying trapped in the mind alone, bringing it into the body as something you can actually feel. The lightness of Grapefruit and the calm of Petitgrain sit gently alongside you, rather than forcing cheer. Petitgrain has research behind it showing reduced stress markers in a simulated workplace setting.

• As the essential oil is sold as a general (non-cosmetic) product, we don't recommend applying it directly to skin. Enjoy it through aromatic diffusion, a diffuser, or an aroma stone.
