You can't stop thinking about them. Part of you still feels tied to them, somewhere — CORD CUTTING is one of the most minimal blends in the series, built from effectively just two oils. A more complex blend would blur the edges of what's meant to be a simple, decisive act: cutting the cord.

Frankincense is a resin used across traditions worldwide in moments of farewell and transition — not only in bereavement, but in the context of any relationship reaching its end. Geranium gently smooths the waves of attachment and lingering feeling.

It's not only about people. Sometimes your feelings linger on in an environment or role that's already over — a job you've left, a place you've moved on from, a version of yourself you thought you'd outgrown. That same sense of still being tied to something can arise even without another person involved. CORD CUTTING works for those kinds of ties too, beyond relationships alone.

• Avoid direct sunlight and high heat or humidity, and be sure to close the cap tightly after each use.
