Why This Blend

A heaviness that shouldn't be yours feels like it's been sitting there all along — SR-04 builds on the same four-oil foundation as SR-02 Protection (Lavender, Silver Fir, Geranium, Sage), layering on two more active elements: Basil and Bay Laurel.

Clearing the space comes first, as the foundation for this sensation. Basil, a scent traditionally used to clear mental fatigue and a foggy mind, adds the clarity of thought needed to discern "is this mine, or not." Bay Laurel then supports the active step of actually letting go of whatever you've identified as not your own.

Tips for Use

• Mist around yourself 2–3 times a day.
• You can also use it in any spot at home that feels unsettled.
