Why This Blend

You can't bring yourself to like who you are. For the days you can't believe it's okay to just be you. SR-03 places Rose at its core, the same as No.4 Self Love in the HSP series, and adds Honey (Honey Absolute), an ingredient that symbolizes sweetness and the feeling of being fulfilled itself. It's a blend that meets the sense of "lacking" that comes with not being able to love yourself, with an answering sense of "being filled," through scent.

Rose and Rosewood carry the core warmth, joined by Honey and Ho Wood (Ho Leaf). Ho Wood, often used as a substitute for Rosewood, is a particularly pure oil at over 95% linalool, adding a more understated calm. Lavender's sedative quality and Bergamot Reggio's brightness support the basic structure underneath.

Tips for Use

• Mist around yourself 2–3 times a day, and try to spend that moment a little more mindfully.
• Using it in front of a mirror while looking into your own eyes can help you notice the way you talk to yourself.
