Lavandin Ardèche calms the tension of endlessly living up to others' expectations. Rosewood is 80–90% linalool by composition, among the purest linalool sources of any essential oil, with animal studies reporting sedative effects and improvements in depression-like behavior. It's also a precious material, listed as an endangered species due to overharvesting, and now sourced only from managed plantations.

The stability of Patchouli, and Palo Santo — long burned in South American tradition to clear rituals and spaces — provide the calm you need to return to your own foundation. The warmth of Tolu Balsam, and the brightness of Lemon and Bergamot Reggio, support a return to center that feels warm and clear, not cold and isolating.
