Even as an adult, you keep tripping over the same thing — and the key is held by the small self still inside you. INNER CHILD is built around Tangerine and Mandarin, oils gentle enough to be used in children's care. Mandarin in particular has a long history of use with children, and preliminary reports suggest it may increase the duration and frequency of REM sleep.

The gentleness of Tangerine, Mandarin, Benzoin, and Tolu Balsam, together with the sweet warmth of the resins, creates the feeling of being held. Ylang Ylang adds a note of deep relaxation — a study of healthy men found that inhaling it lowered both heart rate and blood pressure, making it one of the more strongly sedative floral oils out there.
