Angelica has long been called the "root of the Holy Spirit" in traditional European herbalism, treated as a plant that protects people through hard, unstable periods. Honey and Benzoin provide a warm, sweet landing point for coming back into the body. Citronella and Tarragon anchor the senses clearly in the present moment — Citronella in particular has such a distinct sensory signal that it's widely used, practically enough, as an insect repellent.

Lavender Mont Blanc and Bergamot Reggio support the whole blend.
