Why This Blend

Being around people drains you — like something's being pulled out of you. On days like that, SR-02 answers with a minimal blend of just four oils, none of them stimulating. It's a different kind of protection: not a boundary held by conscious judgment, but simply clearing yourself, on the spot.

Sage is a signature herb in the worldwide tradition of burning or smudging to clear a space, and here it takes on the role of clearing away whatever you picked up from others that day. Silver Fir's main component, bornyl acetate, has research reporting reduced lung inflammation, and the tree itself has been studied for antibacterial activity against respiratory pathogens — giving its role of "calming worn-out nerves through the breath" more than just a figure of speech behind it.

Geranium balances the mind, and Lavender gently supports the whole blend.

Tips for Use

• Mist around yourself before seeing people, or afterward, to reset.
• Also recommended before bed — it supports a calm mind while you sleep.
