How to Use

① Bath Salt (2 packets)

Whether it's a night for a long soak, a day with no time to spare, or you just want the scent — there are three ways to use it.

• In the bath: Dissolve one packet and soak for five minutes or more, breathing deeply.
• As a footbath: Dissolve it in warm water in a basin or bucket for a pre-bed footbath.
• Just for the scent: No bath needed — simply open the packet and take in the aroma. Works well by your pillow or at the entryway, too.

*Since this is a bath additive, never use the reheating function on a bathtub after adding it, and always drain the water after each use.

② Essential Oil (5ml)

A concentrated option for when you want the scent to last. Add 1–2 drops to an aroma sticker to carry with you, or use it in your own diffuser to scent a room. Please don't apply the undiluted oil directly to skin.

③ Aroma Stickers (Pack of 6)

For train rides, the office, or anywhere you want to enjoy the scent discreetly. Just add 1–2 drops of essential oil to a sticker and place it on the outside of your underwear, the outside of a mask, a pillowcase, or the back of your phone. The scent stays within about 50cm of you. (Don't stick it directly on skin, and remember to remove it before washing.)

④ Mist (10ml, Japan-Made Bottle)

For an instant reset, or a quick scent for your space or bedding. Hold it 20–30cm away and mist once or twice. Ready whenever you need it — by your pillow before bed, at the entryway before heading out, or for a quick break during work.

One Way to Use It Throughout the Day

• Morning: Mist yourself once before heading out, to shift your mindset for the day.
• Daytime: Wear an aroma sticker with a drop of essential oil on your underwear or phone case.
• Evening: Soak in the bath with the bath salt (or use it as a footbath on busier days).
• Before bed: One mist by your pillow, and drift off to sleep.
