[Notice] About the Change to Our 10ml Mist Bottle

Thank you as always for using FUUKA.
We've decided to change our 10ml mist bottle.

Background

FUUKA's 10ml mist has always been a product we've worked hard to keep affordable, out of a wish to reach the HSP community without creating a divide. We originally chose an imported bottle on the assumption it would be used up within 1–2 months at most, but with longer periods of use and recent unusual weather patterns, several customers have reported the spray head starting to spray poorly.

We've tried to face and respond to these cases as best we could, whether an initial defect or otherwise. Even so, there were cases where messages crossed and time simply passed, and honestly, handling each case individually has taken more of a toll than we expected.

We've concluded that continuing the same approach as before is no longer sustainable, so we've decided to introduce a domestic (Japan-made) bottle for the 10ml mist as well. Alongside this, we've also prepared a refill (domestic bottle) for the 50ml mist.

Going Forward

The low-cost imported bottle will be discontinued once current stock runs out. To everyone who has used it while understanding our intentions behind it, we're grateful, and we also feel sorry about this change. While stock remains, you're welcome to keep choosing the imported bottle yourself, as before. That said, going forward we won't be able to keep expanding our after-the-fact support, so we'll be moving to the policy below.

About Spray Heads

・For anyone purchasing the imported bottle, we'll include a few replacement spray heads. If it starts spraying poorly due to extended use or climate effects, we're sorry for the trouble, but please purchase a spray head separately and replace it yourself.
・For the domestic bottle, we'll only cover initial defects free of charge; beyond that, as with the imported bottle, please purchase a spray head separately.

We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your understanding.
