How to Use (Reference)

1. Prepare your own carrier oil (like jojoba oil) and
   pour it into the bottle.
2. Add essential oil, referencing the concentration guide below.
3. Close the cap firmly and shake well to mix.
4. Roll onto areas of your choice — wrists, neck, ankles.

As a general guideline, 1 drop of essential oil is roughly 0.05mL. In a small 3ml bottle, the concentration can end up higher than you'd expect, so start with less and adjust based on the guide below.

• For thin, sensitive skin, like around the neck or face: A guideline concentration is around 0.5%. In a 3ml bottle, it's safest to keep the essential oil to a very small amount (under 1 drop).
• For use on the body — wrists, arms, ankles: A common guideline is around 1–2%. In 3ml, a single drop already works out to roughly 1.6%, so one drop is enough. When blending multiple essential oils, keep the total to 2 drops as a guideline.
• A concentration above 3% (3 drops or more) can be too strong for anyone prone to sensitivity. Especially with an essential oil you're using for the first time, we recommend starting with just 1 drop.

Always Patch Test Before Use

• Apply a small amount to an inconspicuous area, like the inside of your upper arm, and confirm there's no redness, itching, or irritation after 24–48 hours before using it more widely.
• If you notice anything unusual, stop use immediately and rinse thoroughly with water.
• If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, have an infant, have a pre-existing condition, or have sensitive skin, consult a doctor before use.
• Never apply undiluted essential oil directly to skin.
