The Story of Our First Aroma Import
Rico, exporting for the first time, and me, importing for the first time. Both of us finding our way, we decided to say "let's just give it a try" and attempt a test import.
And today, that package arrived safely in Japan.
Working through the process step by step with Japan Post and customs, the basic flow of importing, the documents needed, and areas to improve all gradually became clear.
What Stood Out About the Response on the Japan Side
What stood out to me most was how fast and precise the response was on the Japan side. Within an hour of sending an email, I received a wonderfully thorough reply, and it made me genuinely happy to feel like "the kind of speed I love exists here too."
A Small Step, but a Big Step Forward
I reached out to Rico right away about the documents that were missing, and we're currently sorting it out. It feels like we've taken another step forward toward a real, full-scale import.
Believing in the Possibility of Scent
Over the past few months, I've tried all 18 aromas on myself every single day. De Groene Linde's aromas are a presence that, just by being there, gives me a strange kind of strength.
There's truly a sense of reassurance I can't quite put into words.
How can I bring this out to the people who need it? That question has stayed with me, day after day, as I sit with these scents.
I'm sure this scent will bring surprise and joy. With the hope that it reaches whoever needs it—
