What Is Jojoba Oil?

Some Essential Oils Are Diluted With Alcohol
Certain essential oils (mimosa, oakmoss, Peru balsam, and others) are diluted with alcohol, due to their manufacturing process or properties. This is also clearly noted on the product information and label, with full attention paid to safety and scent quality.
Dilution Oils and Scent Frequency
Even at a 10% dilution, an essential oil's scent frequency (the energy carried by its scent) remains fully intact. Rose essential oil, for example, is said to carry an especially high frequency, and that quality still comes through clearly even at a 10% dilution.
